RANDOLPH COMMUNITY Assistance Application

The Randolph Community Assistance Program offers assistance for individuals and families who are in a crisis within the community of Randolph, AZ. Funding may be used to help with rent, utilities, food and other critical expenses. Funding may be issued once per year, per individual/family for Randolph residents.

APPLICANTS MUST BE A CURRENT RESIDENT OF THE RANDOLPH COMMUNITY

If approved, the applicant may receive one-time assistance up to $500. Funds are limited, therefore we will attend to applicants on a first-come, first-served basis. Thank you for your understanding.

APPLICATIONS WITH PARTIAL, MISSING OR INCOMPLETE REQUIRED DOCUMENTS WILL NOT BE EVALUATED.
