Bicycle Application
Transportation Assistance Program:
United Way staff will screen and evaluate applications for one-time assistance and approve eligible households with assistance of a bicycle, helmet and a lock (when available). Applicants must be employed, or actively looking for work, and have been referred by an agency to receive this assistance.
Use the application for the bicycle program only. Only one request will be accepted per household. Only applications with all required information will be reviewed and considered.
