Utility Assistance Application

IMPORTANT – PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE APPLYING

BEFORE APPLYING, YOU ARE REQUIRED TO COMPLETE THE FOLLOWING:

1. SIGN UP FOR A FINANCIAL LITERACY CLASS AVAILABLE HERE:

2. CHOOSE “LUNCH AND LEARN” or “WHERE DOES YOUR MONEY GO”.

3. AFTER COMPLETING THE CLASS, SUBMIT THE CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION DURING THE APPLICATION PROCESS.

If approved, the eligible household may receive a ONE-TIME utility assistance for up to $500. You will be responsible for the remaining balance. United Way assistance can not be used for utility deposits. APPLICATIONS WITH PARTIAL, MISSING OR INCOMPLETE REQUIRED DOCUMENTS WILL NOT BE EVALUATED.
