Rental Assistance Application

IMPORTANT – PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE APPLYING

BEFORE APPLYING, YOU ARE REQUIRED TO COMPLETE THE FOLLOWING:

1. SIGN UP FOR A FINANCIAL LITERACY CLASS AVAILABLE HERE:

2. CHOOSE “LUNCH AND LEARN” or “WHERE DOES YOUR MONEY GO”.

3. AFTER COMPLETING THE CLASS, SUBMIT THE CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION DURING THE APPLICATION PROCESS.

If approved, the eligible household may receive ONE-TIME rental assistance up to $1,000 (NO ZELLE PAYMENTS). You will be responsible for the remaining balance. Funds are limited, therefore we will attend to applicants on first-come-first-serve basis. Thank you for your understanding.

IMPORTANT: United Way rental assistance is intended to assist individuals and families in case of eviction or late rent situation. It’s not intended to pay for initial lease or rental deposits. APPLICATIONS WITH PARTIAL, MISSING OR INCOMPLETE REQUIRED DOCUMENTS WILL NOT BE EVALUATED.
