RANDOLPH COMMUNITY Assistance Application

The Randolph Community Assistance Program offers assistance for individuals and families who are in a crisis within the community of Randolph, AZ. Funding may be used to help with rent, utilities, food and other critical expenses. Funding may be issued once per year, per individual/family for Randolph residents.

IMPORTANT – PLEASE READ CAREFULLY BEFORE APPLYING

BEFORE APPLYING, YOU ARE REQUIRED TO COMPLETE, OR AGREE TO COMPLETE, THE FOLLOWING:

1. SIGN UP FOR A FINANCIAL LITERACY CLASS AVAILABLE HERE: REGISTER HERE

2. CHOOSE “LUNCH AND LEARN” or “WHERE DOES YOUR MONEY GO”.

3. AFTER COMPLETING THE CLASS, SUBMIT THE CERTIFICATE OF COMPLETION DURING THE APPLICATION PROCESS. (OR BEFORE FUNDING WILL BE ISSUED)

If approved, the applicant may receive one-time assistance up to $500. Funds are limited, therefore we will attend to applicants on a first-come, first-served basis. Thank you for your understanding.

APPLICATIONS WITH PARTIAL, MISSING OR INCOMPLETE REQUIRED DOCUMENTS WILL NOT BE EVALUATED.
